Q1:What information do you need to provide for a quotation?
A1: In order to give you a quotation as soon as possible, we need the following information:
(1) Detailed drawings (acceptable drawing formats: two-dimensional (.pdf/.dxf/.dwg/) three-dimensional (.step/.igs/.prt)) (indicate materials, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment or other technical requirement)
(2) Materials
(3) Quantity
(4) Surface treatment
(5) Application
(6) Any special packaging or other requirements

Q2:What materials can you process?
A2:Steel, stainless steel, gray iron,ductile iron, Cast aluminum etc.
Q3:What surface treatment can you provide at present?
A3:Anodizing, electrophoresis, polishing, painting, sandblasting, etc.
Q4:Can you offer further precision processing on the casting parts?
A4:Yes, we can offer CNC precision processing(milling, turning,gear hobbing and gear shaping, etc.) after casting.

Q5:Can you provide test reports and material certificates when shipping?
A5:Test report will be provided after production.
Q6:What's your payment method?
A6:For samples, payment method is 100%TT in advance.
For mass production, payment method is 50%TT in advance and 50%TT balance before shipment.
Q7:How long is your delivery time?
A7:The general lead time is 30 days.
Q8:How do you usually pack your products?
A8:Products with high appearance requirements will be packaged separately in blister boxes, and finally shipped in cartons or wooden boxes. Package might change according to different casting parts.
